PulseNET Business Policies
Set Up Fees
Set Up Fees are non-refundable. Our technical support staff
will use all available means to provide a connection to the
Internet.
Overtime Charges
All plans are subject to an overtime charge of $.60 (60 cents)
per hour. Because individual plans vary, you may check with
PulseNET to verify how many hours per month your particular
plan includes and how many hours you have used. PulseNET is
not responsible for a customer's failure to disconnect when
finished.
Semi-annual and Annual Subscriptions
Accounts paid in advance will not receive a refund upon cancellation.
However, any remaining credit may be transferred to another
PulseNET customer.
